weaving

I’ve started a new craft. I’ve been taking weaving lessons from a little shop up the road from me.

So far, I’ve made 6 different coasters all with different patterns.

and now I’m learning how to warp the loom to make the final project of the class – a table runner. I’m a slow, hands on learner and I’m sure the teacher must think I’m an idiot, but she is lovely and patient so one week at a time it’s coming along.
